Charlotte, NC (September 2026) – Bundy Group, an industry-focused investment bank, is pleased to announce the addition of Katherine Faria as an Associate and Jodi Cruz as a Marketing Associate.

Katherine Faria - Associate
In her role, Katherine will be a key team member helping to lead the execution of M&A transactions, including managing client engagements, financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, preparation of marketing materials, and coordination throughout the transaction process. She will work closely with clients and the broader Bundy Group team to help position businesses for successful transactions.

Prior to joining Bundy Group, Katherine spent four years at Accordion, a financial and technology consulting firm focused on the private equity industry, most recently as an Associate within the Strategic Finance practice. Her background is primarily in strategic finance and consulting, with significant experience working with private equity-backed companies across a variety of industries. Her work has focused on financial analysis and modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering directly with CFOs and management teams to translate complex financial information into clear insights for management and stakeholders.

Katherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University, where she was a four-year member of the women's lacrosse team and served as team captain during her senior year. She currently lives in New York City, where outside of work she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Katherine also supports her family's organization, the Don Monti Memorial Research Foundation, which is dedicated to advancing cancer research, helping with various initiatives and events throughout the year.
Jodi Cruz - Marketing Associate
Jodi Cruz is a Marketing Associate for Bundy Group, bringing years of experience across the healthcare, industrial, agency, and higher education sectors. In her current role, Jodi brings a breadth of expertise in digital marketing, content generation, campaign execution, brand management, event coordination, and business development support to the Bundy Group organization.
Jodi built a broad skillset across her previous roles in strategic communications, brand positioning, and audience engagement. Her experience includes supporting integrated campaigns, developing content across various mediums, coordinating events, and helping organizations strengthen visibility and build meaningful connections with key stakeholders.

Jodi received her bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Montevallo and her Master of Business Administration from Anderson University. Jodi now lives in Greenville, South Carolina and is a former collegiate runner who continues to participate in half-marathons and other races. Outside work, Jodi enjoys spending time with her son, trying new foods, and discovering new coffee spots.
