Bundy Group Strengthens Team and Enhances Client Service with Three New Strategic Hires

Bundy Group, an industry-focused investment bank, is pleased to announce the expansion of its team with the addition of three new strategic hires: Cameron Lord as Managing Director, Dianna Bock as Operations Director, and Andrew Ezzat as Associate. Together, they bring extensive experience spanning investment banking, business ownership, and corporate leadership. These key placements further strengthen Bundy Group’s capabilities and reinforce the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Cameron Lord joins as Managing Director with more than two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining Bundy Group, Cameron held leadership roles in investment banking, private equity, and operating companies, including Wachovia Securities, BASE and RF Code. In his role, Cameron leads engagement teams, leveraging his extensive experience as both advisor and principal to deliver optimal value and right partner fit for Bundy Group’s clients.

Dianna Bock joins as Operations Director, bringing with her more than 12 years of expertise in strategic business growth and operational management. A former business owner and Accenture alumna, Dianna’s background includes deep experience navigating companies through critical transitions and operational improvements. Her role at Bundy Group focuses on optimizing internal operations and aligning firm-wide initiatives for scalable growth.

Andrew Ezzat, joining as an Associate at Bundy Group, brings 10 years of corporate, wealth management and investment banking experience, including roles at PNC Capital Markets and as Chief Investment Officer at Sterling Bridge Financial Group. In his position with Bundy Group, Andrew focuses on deal execution and financial analysis, supporting the firm’s growing pipeline of client engagements.
