Charlotte, NC - Bundy Group, a 33-year-old boutique investment bank, announces the addition of Jake Beaulieu as a Director with the organization. Jake brings over ten years of corporate investment banking and commercial banking experience to the Bundy Group team. In addition, he adds a blend of operational and technical experience from prior career endeavors. Jake has structured and executed transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, industrials, and transportation.
Based out of Bundy Group’s Charlotte office, Jake will focus on origination and relationship management efforts. He will work in partnership with other team members on the coverage of key Bundy Group verticals, including industrial technology, energy & power, healthcare & life sciences, and environmental, social & governance (ESG).

Prior to joining Bundy Group, Jake was based in Bank of America’s Corporate and Middle Market Sponsor Finance Groups. He participated in over thirty leverage buyout, merger, dividend recapitalization, and refinance transactions. Jake also worked in Bank of America’s Commercial Banking Group where he worked with business owners and management teams across a range of industries. Jake co-founded the Charlotte Manufacturing Executive Council, a non-profit organization focused on enhancing the growth of the manufacturing industry within the Charlotte region.
Jake graduated from the Air Force Electronics Training School at the top of his class and completed an associate's degree in avionic technology while on active duty. Jake also attended the University of North Carolina Charlotte where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
