Since establishing the firm in 1989, Bill has personally been involved with or overseen the closure of over 150 transactions across a wide range of industries. Bill is a frequent speaker and writer on the subjects of mergers and acquisitions and capital raises. Bill holds both the Series 79 and 63 securities registrations.
Bill previously served on the Board of Directors of the M & A Source, an organization devoted to professional development for the investment banking field. He is actively involved in the community and serves on the Board of the Salvation Army. Bill also previously served as the Chairman of the Board of the Western Virginia Better Business Bureau.
During his thirteen-year tenure with Bundy Group, Jim has led numerous transactions in the manufacturing, rail services, food and beverage, technology, business services and consumer sectors. Previously, he worked in business development and technology-related roles in the insurance and software engineering industries, serving both public and private company clients.
Jim received a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics and Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College. His community service has included Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southwest Virginia and serving on the board and as Past President of Pathfinders for Greenways.
Clint leads Bundy Group’s Charlotte office. Previously, he worked with Wachovia’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he advised on numerous public and privately held transactions. Clint has experience advising clients in a variety of industries, including transportation and logistics, electromechanical services, industrial services, technology, and healthcare, to name a few. Prior to investment banking, Clint served as project financial controller with Accenture.
Clint attended the Wake Forest University MBA program as a Dean’s Scholar where he graduated with a concentration in finance. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics. Clint holds the Series 7, 63, and 79 securities registrations. He serves as Past Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Charlotte. Clint was recognized as a ’40 under 40′ selection by the Charlotte Business Journal in 2014.
